We recently worked with Dawn on the sale of our home. As out of state owners the process would have been awful without Dawn. She was amazing throughout the entire process. Dawn also has an outstanding network of contractors whether it be cleaning, junk removal, landscaping, or major home repairs. Dawn coordinated with several contractors (which were all wonderful to work with) on our behalf to ensure our home showed well. She was mindful of our budget and helped keep us from unnecessary spending. Dawn was very responsive during the entire process. Dawn knows the market well and our home sold within 24 hours. I highly recommend Dawn if you are looking to sell/buy a home in Massachusetts.
