Daniel McKellick ~ Bacon Wilson PC

Dan's area of focus is in real estate and business matters, including real estate transactions; leases; commercial lending; mergers and acquisitions; business startup and succession; corporate matters; and contract drafting and review. Prior to joining Bacon Wilson, he worked for the Superior Court of Massachusetts Western District as clerk to the Justices. Prior to entering the legal profession, Dan worked in sales and senior management for a large wholesale distribution company, which provides him with a unique insight on business operations and profitability. Dan is licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Katharine Pacella ~ Law office of Katharine Pacella

Kate has been practicing law for over 27 years. She combines knowledge of the law with a passion for advocacy. She is personally invested in each transaction and is highly accessible to her clients. 

Kate attended Princeton University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, graduating in 1993. and attended Boston College Law School, graduating magna cum laude in 1996. She began her career at Palmer & Dodge LLP.  She then practiced at Pepe & Hazard LLP in Boston and Hartford. In 2005, she moved back to her hometown of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and practiced as a partner in a Springfield law firm for another 15 years. In 2020, she opened her own practice in East Longmeadow.

Elizabeth White Chouinard ~ White Law Offices

Elizabeth White Chouinard graduated from Elms College with bachelor’s degree in business management and from Western New England University, School of Law earning a Juris doctor degree. Upon graduation, Liz proudly joined her father, Joe, in practice in 2007. She represented the City of Holyoke as a Staff Attorney and as Acting City Solicitor. Liz had the privilege of returning to her alma mater, Elms College, as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Department coaching students to compete in the National Collegiate Moot Court Competition. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court.
